    Pain and Fatigue Support Group

    Living with pain or fatigue can be exhausting, not just physically, but emotionally too. This group offers a gentle, understanding space where you can simply be yourself.

    For people that have been affected by Cancer in any way - as a patient, family or friend.

    Run by local people for local people -  A safe space to share how we are feeling, discuss how challenging the treatment can be but most importantly to support one another.

    Sign up today as one of our Befriendees

    Our befriending scheme connects adults who are unable to leave their homes with friendly volunteers for regular weekly catch-ups. Whether it's sharing a cup of tea, playing a game of cards, or simply having a chat, our befrienders bring companionship to brighten someone's week.

    CASA Autism Support

    The Community Autism Support and Advice service (CASA) will be on hand at The Keepers once a month to offer advice and support to autistic adults, and friends and family of autistic adults.
